Our podcasts

A deep dive into the hidden meaning, identity, and motivation in the story of The Wheel of Time. Designed for readers who have finished the series and are looking for more understanding without memorizing all the different Aes Sedai.
The rest of the cast gets to react to ZenJesusRand, Alanna vanishes by means unknown (and her other warder is also missing), new visions shed no new light on the plot, Tam is the best dad, and Aradia has an unimportant announcement about the Patreon in the aftershow.

Autistic Stuff for Autistic People is a podcast in which autistic coaches Aradia, Cheryl, Patrice, and Matthew talk about their lived experiences and special interests.
We are here to invite you into our world as autistic peers sharing relatable conversations about life as autistic people. Based on our experiences in creating peer support spaces online, we believe that introspective interpersonal connection is where some of the most lasting internal insights can come from. This podcast is for autistic people and anyone that lives with, works with, or loves an autistic person.
Aradia, Cheryl, and Patrice talk about their experiences dealing with and/or avoiding the world of medicine as autistic non-men. From not knowing what help is accessible to falling through the cracks to finding our ancestral anger at generations of mistreatment, we hope this conversation helps other autistic people recognize that these struggles are common and systemic.

A podcast in which a novelist, a screenwriter, and a podcaster walk into a book, diving into its craft and impact in their mission to bring nuance back.
Join your hosts Ali (@92aliboo), Aradia (@BestFirstChair), and Bree (@mostlybree) as they take you back to the 1990s to read one of Bree’s childhood favorite fantasy novels: Exiles: The Ruins of Ambrai by Melanie Rawn. Grab your own copy and read along with them each week as they ask important questions like: what was going on with the wind in the 90s? and can you boyboss too close to the sun?
Join us for our book club discussions on our discord, or let us know the answer to each Monday’s most pressing questions by tweeting at us.
Welcome to the Hot Nuance Book Club, where it is time for chapter 10 and the epilogue of In The Hand Of The Goddess. We’ve got more goose slander, joke holes, surprise boobs, and discourse about fantasy paperwork. We’ve also got a pep talk from Bree to hold on to in this time of stress.

“Used2Sew” is an entertaining podcast about one of the most important inventions to impact American lives outside of the automobile: the sewing machine.
Mother-daughter team TR and Aradia will be talking about sewing machines, sewing history, and sewing culture in the past and present. With comedic timing and far-ranging references, we will explore topics including (but not limited to) textiles, technology, transportation, industry, women, business, home sewing, social movements, politics, and the impacts of fast fashion. We will also talk a lot about vintage sewing machines with an emphasis on the Singer company, plus detours into the commercial and industrial textile world. There will also be personal Tales of Sales from when TR worked for Singer, and fun contests and calls to action.
Stay threaded!
TR and Aradia took a field trip to an old house, found an oddly named sewing machine, and then fell down a rabbit hole of learning about badged sewing machines. What are they, why do they exist, and how can you identify the machine when the name is meaningless???

This week is a long conversation with my son Quinten about what has changed for me and the podcast over the last five years. We talk about the origins of the podcast, what “peace” and “healing” actually look like, the usefulness of astrology in helping me navigate through so many changes, the depths of old fear and anger, and even a little bit of advice for how we can all approach the next five years. Thank you for being part of the journey!

We’re nerds. We’re funny. We talk and make jokes about fantasy and sci-fi. You’re welcome. Featuring LezbiNerdy, Nae’Blis, Kevin Angus, and Jess from The Amyrlin’s Study.
This one’s only a little bit late, and we’re talking about our gay awakenings and Kevin has some really out-of-the-box ideas on what constitutes a button. You’re welcome.

The spoilers project believes that Fantasy and Science Fiction have provided us with an escape from our ordinary, mundane lives. For an hour or an afternoon we get to live in someone else’s world, a different world where our protagonist’s problems have tangible solutions. We get to step into someone else’s shoes and see the world in a different, refreshing way. Seth and Patrick already create the WOTspoilers podcast. Where, as friends who are both huge fans of that series read through it chapter by chapter, and discuss the history, lore, foreshadowings and hidden meanings in the series.

The Broken Earth Spoilers podcast is a deep dive into the hidden meanings, foreshadowings, and character motivations in the Broken Earth trilogy, written by NK Jemisin. A podcast designed for readers who have finished the series and are looking for deeper discussions about this amazing trilogy.
